(*ﾟーﾟ)　＜今日は雲のイディオムを紹介するよ。

Every cloud has a silver lining.
すべての雲には銀色に輝く部分がある。（すべての雲は銀色の裏地を持っている。）

This phrase means even a difficult situation has a brigt side.
If it's cloudy, the sun always shines above cloud, so the cloud's edge or surface shines brigtly.

どんなに悪い状況でも、どこかしらよいところがある、よいことにつながるっていう意味だよ。
たとえ雲り空でも、雲の上、または雲の縁の部分は、太陽の光で銀色に輝いているっていうことだよ。
これはもともとは、John Miltonの劇が由来のことわざなんだけど、cloud=悪い状況、silver lining=その中のよいこと、として比喩的に使われたりもするよ。
